Design Your Ideal Fiberglass Hot Tub

Create your ideal hot tub with our custom configuration options. Choose from a variety of exterior and interior materials, heating options, spa systems, and accessories to suit your preferences. Whether you prefer the natural look of Thermowood or the modern finish of acrylic, you can design a hot tub that perfectly fits your style and needs.

      External size:

Choosing between an external size of 200 cm or 225 cm for your hot tub can depend on your available space and desired capacity.

      Exterior material:

      Thermowood:

Thermowood is a type of timber that has been heat-treated at high temperatures, typically between 180-230°C, to enhance its durability and stability. The process reduces the wood's moisture content, making it more resistant to decay, pests, and warping. This eco-friendly treatment also improves the wood's insulation properties and gives it a distinctive, rich color without the need for chemicals.

      Wood Plastic Composite (WPC):

WPC is a composite material made from a blend of wood fibers (or flour) and thermoplastic polymers, such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The combination of these materials results in a product that is durable, resistant to rot, and requires low maintenance. WPC is often used for decking, cladding, and fencing due to its wood-like appearance and enhanced resistance to weather and insects. However, many WPCs contain non-recyclable materials, leading to environmental concerns at the end of their lifecycle.

      Interior material:

      Acrylic Hot Tub Inners:

Acrylic hot tubs are made from sheets of acrylic, which are heated and then vacuum-formed into the desired shape. These sheets are reinforced with fiberglass for added strength. Acrylic is highly durable, resistant to scratching and fading, and has a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean. Additionally, acrylic tubs tend to retain heat better, making them more energy-efficient.

      Fiberglass Hot Tub Inners:

Fiberglass hot tubs are constructed using layers of fine glass fibers combined with resins. This results in a strong yet lightweight structure. While fiberglass is generally less expensive than acrylic, it is also more prone to scratching and fading over time. Fiberglass tubs are also easier to install due to their lighter weight, but they may require more maintenance to keep them looking new.

      Heater type:

      Integrated Heater:

An integrated heater is built directly into the hot tub. This type of heater is usually placed inside the tub's structure, allowing for efficient heat transfer directly into the water. Integrated heaters tend to heat the water quickly due to their direct contact with it, but they also take up some internal space, reducing the available room for bathers. These heaters are generally easier to manage since they are part of the tub’s system and can be more efficient in maintaining consistent water temperature.

      External Heater:

An external heater is positioned outside the hot tub and connected to it via pipes that circulate the water. This type of heater is advantageous because it does not take up any space within the tub, allowing for maximum bathing area. External heaters are often wood-fired, providing a traditional heating method that can be appealing for a rustic experience. They can be slightly less efficient in heat transfer compared to integrated heaters due to the circulation process, but they offer flexibility in terms of placement and maintenance.

      Heater Stainless Steel grade (wood-burning):

      AISI 304 Stainless Steel:

Composition: Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel.

Properties: Known for its excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and good formability. It is the most commonly used stainless steel due to its optimal balance of cost and performance.

Applications: Suitable for general use in environments that are less corrosive. Ideal for hot tubs where the exposure to harsh chemicals is limited.

      AISI 316 Stainless Steel:

Composition: Contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% molybdenum.

Properties: Offers superior corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and other industrial solvents. The addition of molybdenum enhances its resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Applications: Best suited for environments with high levels of salinity or industrial applications where the heater may be exposed to harsh chemicals. Provides longer lifespan and reliability in such conditions.

      Front plate:

For front plates, you can choose from three options

      Spa system:

      Air Bubbles (12 Jets, 0.75kW)

Function: Uses air to create bubbles in the water, providing a gentle and soothing massage effect.

Details: This system includes 12 jets that produce air bubbles, ideal for a relaxing and calming experience. The 0.75kW pump generates sufficient air pressure to deliver a consistent bubble massage.

      Hydro Massage (8 Jets, 1.1kW)

Function: Uses water jets to deliver a more intense and targeted massage, focusing on muscle relaxation and stress relief.

Details: This system features 8 powerful water jets driven by a 1.1kW pump, designed to provide deep tissue massage and therapeutic benefits. The water jets are strategically placed to enhance muscle relaxation and alleviate tension.

      Insulated cover:

An insulated cover for hot tubs is designed to enhance energy efficiency by maintaining the water temperature and reducing heating costs. It helps keep debris out and provides protection against weather elements.

The insulated cover comes in two color options: black and brown, allowing you to match your hot tub with your outdoor decor. Black covers are sleek and modern, while brown covers offer a classic and warm look.

      Filtration system:

      Connections for Sand Filter:

To connect a sand filter to your hot tub, you'll need a connection kit that includes hoses and fittings compatible with the hot tub and filter unit. These connections are essential whether you plan to install the filter now or in the future, ensuring that the system can be seamlessly integrated into your setup.

Sand Filter Pump and Wooden Housing:

The sand filter pump is housed in a wooden casing that matches the finish and color of your hot tub's exterior, providing a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing look. The wooden housing not only protects the pump but also ensures that the entire setup blends seamlessly with the tub's design.
