Free Delivery in Belgium: We offer free delivery for all orders within Belgium.

Hot Tubs: Production and delivery typically take 5-10 days.
Saunas: Production and delivery typically take 2-4 weeks.

If the sauna is ordered fully assembled, the customer is responsible for arranging a lift or crane to move it to their yard, as we only deliver to the door of the specified address.

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. You can track the movement of your ordered items live online by logging into your account on our website. From the moment your product leaves the factory until it reaches your doorstep, you will be able to follow its journey. You will also receive email notifications each time your shipment crosses a national border.
